Your dedicated Project Manager will work with the design team to:
• Assess your requirements and prepare a detailed brief
• Prepare plans, concept sketches, sample boards and colour schemes
• Prepare easy to understand, detailed costs plans
• Deal with all statutory requirements
• Negotiate and manage individual trades
• Assist with on-going maintenance for the future
