On Budget, On Time, Every Time…
The past 2 months have seen the successful conclusion of 3 major projects for Bellfort. Each has been an outstanding success and added to our portfolio of satisfied clients.

Bellfort Bikers Ride to Glory (well, nearly!)
This summer the Bellfort team decided to squeeze into their lycra and don their high visibility jackets to raise money for Leukaemia Research. The mission was to complete the London Bikeathon “Challenge” ride comprising of a 52 mile route around London.
Though the team were far from the race winners they did manage to achieve the status of 1st Runner Up in the fundraising stakes by raising a whopping £2769.00 for this worthwhile charity.

Bellfort Flex their Main Contractor Muscle
It’s funny how things you thought were long gone have a habit of popping up again. That’s exactly what the Bellfort team thought when they were appointed to carry out the refurbishment of 3 floors of office space for Accenture Marketing UK Ltd.
The project was initially priced at the start of last year and was thought to be a non starter until the call was received earlier this month.
We are extremely excited to be working alongside Acuity Management (Project Management), Gill Massey (M&E Consultancy and Design) and KWD Interiors (Interior Design) in taking on the Main Contractor role in this traditional contract.
“This will give us an excellent opportunity to show that we can adapt our working style to carry out a main contractor role within the professional team of a traditional contract as well as our speciality of offering the full design and build package” said Daniel Keith, Director.

Bellfort 2 - Opposition 0
Bellfort Services are delighted to announce their appointment to undertake 2 exciting new design and fit out projects for prestigious clients.
Due to the success of a previous Project Management appointment for a Legal Advisor based in the West End, Bellfort have been asked to provide a full design and build package to fit out 2000 sq ft of space within the clients existing building. The space will include a gym facility and act as meeting and breakout space as an addition to the current office space.
Additionally, Bellfort have been appointed by Equilend Holdings LLC to assist in their relocation from serviced offices into their own space in the city. The team is currently working on the design brief with a plan to take the project to site over the next month.

Doing it for ourselves - Bellfort relocate to the heart of London!
Having successfully overseen the relocation of countless other companies, the management team have decided to relocate the Bellfort operation in its entirety from its traditional South East London home into the heart of its core business area. From the beginning of January 2007, the new centre of operations will be in the prestigious Long Acre area of London’s Covent Garden.
Director Richard Bellamy said “we feel that the close proximity to our client base, along with the buzzing atmosphere of the area will serve to further inspire the team in it’s innovation and service provision”
Director Daniel Keith has said “I will personally be managing this particular fit out and relocation to ensure that the same attention to detail and level of management is applied to our own move as is already a standard expectation among our clients”.

The Russians are coming!
Bellfort Services are delighted to announce their appointment as design and build main contractor for a prestigious fit out for the UK arm of a large multi million pound Russian organisation.
Located in the financial district, the high spec fit out will be another great project to add to the Bellfort portfolio and an exciting opportunity for all involved.

Top Safety Accreditation for Bellfort Services
Bellfort Services is one of the latest group of successful companies to join a leading edge scheme, designed to help the industry improve it’s safety record.
The London based firm recently received accreditation to from SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of Health and Safety practice amongst UK contractors. SAFEcontractor is operated by international safety, health and environmental risk management specialists, the National Britannia Group.
James Ostler, Managing Director of Information Service at National Britannia said “Major Organisations can no longer run the risk of employing contractors who are not able to prove that they have sound health and safety policies”.
“More companies need to understand the importance of adapting good risk management in the way that Bellfort Services has done. The firms high standard has set an example, which hopefully will be followed by other companies within the sector”.

Bellfort Appoints a New Director
Bellfort Services are extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Keith as a director of the company. Daniel has been a Project Manager in the Commercial Design and Build industry for some 10 years and we are delighted to be bringing this expertise and experience to our business.
Daniel graduated from The University of The West of England in 1997 with an honours degree in Building Surveying and has since worked for a number of major players within the industry carving out a reputation as a dynamic and professional Project and Contracts Manager. He has been working for Bellfort Services in a Project Management capacity for the past year and has successfully delivered numerous high profile projects, including our recent 15000sq ft fit out for a multi million pound on line gaming company.
